The rooms are not the same layout, so it is pointless to take photos of the rooms. Our view from our room overlooked the ocean and wind turbines. The unit was nice and upgraded. I only wish it had beach supplies since there is no front office to pop in and borrow items. Parking is plentiful as long as you don't park in resident parking. Laundry facilities on site that you can download an app to pay or use coins. Supermarkets are less than a mile away, as well as a shopping area with restaurants. You do have to purchase the necessary spices to cook and toiletries. They have grills on the grounds and a nice swimming area. I even hear there is a small putting area. Overall, this wasn't a bad unit; I just wish it was better supplied so we don't have to purchase and waste items.

The condo was nice, the host was very accommodating, we did experience one issue, where a young young gentleman, a visitor to the area. Also, we believe staying a couple of doors down, followed us to our room, harassing us at 1 AM in the morning after my daughter has spent the night in the emergency room. It was a very scary situation, and when we turned it in the condo management now two weeks later has still not responded with the Camera footage.

Mixed with residents and vacation rental units. Great beach access just a little rocky and windy. Walk along the beach see turtles on the beach. The room we had was a bit dated where portions of the floor were coming up. Fairly clean. Parking available just park anywhere without a cone. Nice barbecue area. Nearby pickle ball courts.

This was the most disgusting condo I have ever stayed in. We arrived and found 2 dead cockroaches and a very dirty shower. The shower had algae at the drain probably because the maids did not clean and remove the hair from the grate. Do not stay here if you are a VI resort member because it is third party managed and they cannot help you when things go wrong. They did refund the stay for pts but we called management twice and were told that it’s a tropical environment so cockroaches were normal. I’ve been to Hawaii over 8 times and never seen one in a condo before. We decided to try and brave it out but as soon as we turned off the light we heard and saw several scuttling around. Absolutely horrifying and disgusting. We were so traumatized we packed up and left - leaving all our groceries and had to stay at a different hotel which last minute cost us $300 a night! Luckily we only had 2 nights in Maui. This was in May 2023 and I doubt it has improved. If you hate cockroaches don’t stay here. Shame because it’s a beautiful beach/great location and we had a lovely bbq with a great sunset before the cockroaches came out at night.

Stayed here for 2wks for our destination wedding and honeymoon. The staff were fantastic getting us settled in, especially as late in the day as it was. Would definitely come here again, given the opportunity. Much love to Maui and especially Lahaina. Truly heartbreaking knowing that the places we visited have been reduced to rubble.

The room is nice enough, but the location is xss! Every single day at about 1130-12 to about 6is, the trade winds show up.. And. it. SUCKS. And it's cold (ish). Making swimming, a REAL P.A.B.! Which brings me to my final criticism, the ocean. Out of all of the beaches, in literally all of Maui (& we visited dxmn near every one of them) it is the worst. It almost looks like Myrtle Beach, except that the water is warmer. It's still clear, but for some reason the sand looks like/ resembles MUD. So it's just not that great. You have to drive a little ways, in either direction, to find the beautiful Hawaiian beaches that you saw in the pictures and in your dreams/imagination. I recommend staying almost anywhere else in Maui. And that includes Central Maui, where there are no beaches. Lol. But they are within driving distance. At least that way you don't have to face the dang Trade Winds at full force !

What a devastating wildfire but for the grace of God your resort was spared!! And your state leaders decided it was not a good time for outsiders to travel to Maui as they needed all available rooms to house displaced citizens. So when a family respects the request and cancels their dream vacation, you refuse a refund? Doing so, those without homes would be housed and those tourists would have come back next year. Hawaiians are not who I remember. Shame!!!
